hot dog!

In honor of my last Friday at my current job, I made a fancy wiener. A fancy, take that! sort of hot dog. The lineup: sauteed spinach, an itsy bitsy line of mustard, Mediterranean cheese (sun-dried tomatoes and kalamata olives all nestled up in that junk), a sugar-free bun buttered and toasted on the grill pan, and a wien (that's short for WIENER. A nathan's wiener).

pizza and salad

Pictured here is a slice of Central Market mozzarella pizza, a spring green salad with strawberries, mandarin oranges, pecans, goat cheese, and raspberry balsamic vinegar. All of which were paired with a showing of Grease 2. Mmm. What a delight. (FYI, Laura made all of this. Although, I did crumble the goat cheese and strategically place the mandarin oranges. Just sayin'.)
